The purpose of this letter is to commend the excellent work of one of your employees, Lo-Ann Puzacke.
Six months ago, my husband and I, initiated the difficult task of shopping for a home in the Martin, St. Lucie Co. area. After dealing with several realtors, we contacted Lo-Ann. From the 1st time we met, her friendly, courteous, dedicated and deligent personality impressed us and we decided to continue our search with her.
Lo-Ann toured us around various areas and we saw many new and used properties on a weekly basis. She spent time out of her busy schedule to meet with us and accommodate our needs every time we called upon her, mostly Saturday and Sundays. Since I still lived in Miami and could only go visit the area on the weekends, it was difficult and the time we had to look was brief. However, no matter what day it was, rain or shine, Lo-Ann would meet us and work from morning till we had exhasted all the homes available that day. We followed this pattern for several months. She was dedicated and determed to find us our home. No doubt, we were a challenge to her career. You would probably think she was doing her job, but her ability and interest truly impressed us. My husband Robert and I wanted to share this with you and say that we are very happy with the services she rendered. Thanks to Lo-Ann's dedication we are now the proud owners of our beautiful home, and we have also found a new friend, Lo-Ann, a true asset to Integrity Realty of the Treasure Coast!
